What kind of herbs do you use in your blends?

We use high-quality, ethically sourced, organic or wildcrafted herbs whenever possible. Every ingredient is carefully selected for its potency, safety, and ability to support women’s health naturally.

Are your products safe for pregnancy and breastfeeding?

Some of our blends are formulated specifically for pregnancy or postpartum, but not all are suitable during those times. Please check each product description for safety notes, and always consult with your healthcare provider if you’re unsure.

Do your teas really work?

Yes. Our blends are crafted by a trained herbalist and dosed for real results, not just relaxation. Many women report noticeable improvements in things like cycle regulation, hormonal acne, energy, and mood after consistent use.

How do I know which blend is right for me?

Each product page includes detailed guidance, but if you’re still unsure, feel free to reach out — we’re happy to help point you in the right direction based on your needs.

Do you add flavoring or sweeteners?

Nope. Just real, whole herbs — no additives, no fillers, and no artificial anything. Some blends have naturally sweet or earthy notes, depending on the ingredients.

ORDERS & SHIPPING

How long will it take to receive my order?

We typically process orders within 3–5 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but most domestic orders arrive within 7–10 business days total.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time, but we’re working on it. Stay tuned and join our email list for updates on future shipping options.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your herbs every step of the way.

What should I do if my package is delayed or lost?

Please email us at Info@bareandrooted.com and we’ll do our best to help. While we’re not responsible for delays once the carrier has your package, we’ll always advocate for you and make sure you’re taken care of.

Do you offer consultations or custom blends?

Not at this time, but personalized support may be available in the future. For now, all of our products are thoughtfully designed to meet common needs for women and mothers — and we’re always happy to help you choose the right one.

What’s your return policy?

Because our products are consumable and handcrafted in small batches, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.

How should I store my herbal teas?

Keep them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Reseal the packaging tightly after each use to maintain freshness.

Are your products approved by the FDA?

Herbal teas and supplements are not FDA-approved, but we follow safe formulation practices and use traditional herbal knowledge to ensure every blend is created with care and integrity.
